APPLICATION METHOD: 1. Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator. 2. Apply a thin layer of the clear base SCOTCH BASE (or another medium acid base) for better adhesion. - This is important because a medium acid base is needed for adhesion with natural nails, remember that a medium acid base should not be used for leveling, only a thin layer, to avoid chemical burns; 1.
