Delivery to cities

Comfortable delivery and payment conditions

1. We operate on a full prepayment basis; currently, there is no option for post-payment. Your order must be paid for before shipment.

2. After placing an order on the website, a manager will contact you (via Instagram) and send you your invoice and payment details.

3. After payment, the order will be shipped the same day or the next. Orders are shipped daily after 17:00.

4. Personal pickup of orders. We currently operate only online; you can place your order on our website, specify the city, choose the "Personal Pickup" delivery option, and we will contact you to send your invoice and confirm the date and time for pickup. Payment for personal pickup can be made in cash or by money transfer.

5. Returns/exchanges are possible within 14 days (excluding milling cutters and tools, and only for unopened items that have retained their marketable condition).

6. Cases of defects are discussed individually with the client.

7. If your city is not listed among the offered options, choose the self-pickup delivery option and write the exact delivery address in the comments.

8. We will provide the payment details to you over the phone after your order has been accepted by the manager.
